We conduct 30-minute Check-In video calls via Zoom every two weeks, during which we assess your training, nutrition, weight, and progress.
Prior to each call, you'll fill out a brief feedback questionnaire on your past week's workouts and nutrition, which we'll discuss in detail.
I'm available throughout the week to address any questions or provide guidance, ensuring you receive ongoing support.
