By hiring me as your coach, you will get a personalized training program and nutrition plan designed according to your goals, current level and previous experience.
We will stay in close contact and exchange information about your progress and physical development via weekly feedback rounds in writing and pictures to enable both of us to have a closer look at your progress.
You can contact me at any time with questions, problems, thoughts, or need of advice regarding your training and nutrition.
I will continuously track whether your training program and nutrition plan still fits your needs and development and will make adjustments as needed.
Each Coaching plan I offer includes a number of personal training sessions per month depending on your level.

- Intermediate
- Advanced
During the session I will observe your technique and execution. We will work specifically on mind-muscle connection and how to achieve the right intensity in your workouts.

To make sure you see the results you have determined, you must incorporate proper nutrition into your training.
You will be following the nutrition plan I provide, which will be written according to your goals, lifestyle and current physique.
My job is to make sure your nutrition plan is fitting your needs and is constantly adjusted to your current progress.
I expect you to be as committed as possible to the nutrition plan to ensure you are successfully working towards your goals.
