You can contact me at any time with questions, problems, thoughts, or need of advice regarding your training and nutrition.

Weekly check-ins are a key part of the coaching process and are what allow us to stay on track and make real progress. Each week, you will send in your current body weight, a full set of progress pictures, and complete my feedback questionnaire covering your training, nutrition, recovery, and overall week. This gives me a clear overview of how your body is responding and how well the plan is being executed.
These check-ins allow me to track your progress properly, keep you focused on your goals, and make precise adjustments to your training and nutrition strategy. Based on your feedback and visual progress, I can plan the next steps in your program to ensure you continue moving forward efficiently and avoid plateaus or unnecessary setbacks.
